It said for people over 62". This review is from: Schwinn Miramar Women's Comfort Bike (26-Inch Wheels) (Sports) This is a great bike, I bought the man's version for myself (I am 71"), then this one for my wife (she is 64"). After getting them out of the packaging we then found the LABEL that state this (these) bike(s) are for persons 74" or taller.
